FastPash provides cloud-based warehouse management software designed for pick, pack, and ship operations. Our services include:

• Mobile-first picking application with barcode scanning
• Real-time inventory tracking and management
• Integrations with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
• Smart order batching and route optimization

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice. Service availability and features may change as we continue to improve our platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use FastPash, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to use FastPash in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code

5. Fees and Payment

Certain features of FastPash may require payment of fees. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all applicable fees
• Subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis until canceled
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days' notice

8. Limitation of Liability

FastPash is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or system failures
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or data. You use our services at your own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services:

• If you violate these Terms or our policies
• For non-payment of fees
• At your request to close your account
• At our discretion, with or without cause, with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. We may delete your data after account termination, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FastPash shall be resolved in the courts of Hamburg, Germany.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of FastPash after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
